Top 10 Asian Dramas - #3 Dream High

Dream High was one of my favorite dramas of the year (2011). It’s about 6 different students from Kirin Art School who struggle to be successful in the music industry. I was hooked from the very first episode once  Taecyeon (the love of my life) saved Hye Mi and extinguished everyone at the audition. (haha)  But despite seeing a handsome face on my screen, the storylines kept me wanting more. The show began when they foreshadowed that one of the six students was going to be a BIG star. And that made me curious to see who of the 6 was going to be the reigning champion in the game. Plus, unlike other dramas, it was hard to figure out who was going to end up with who. Was Hye Mi going to be with Jin Guk or Sam Dong? It was frustrating! They both seemed good for her, but I was one of the few who rooted for Jin Guk/Hye Mi. It also had lessons about following your heart, being in charge of your future, never giving up, and friendship.  It was such a good and addicting drama. I totally recommend it!
